Ubersmith

Billing and DCIM for data centres and larger hosts.

Through the Ubersmith API, Frabs opens an outgoing ticket to the customer behind an abusive VPS, linked to their client and service.

Use It in Automatic Protection

After connecting, decide at which levels Frabs uses it: open Protection, choose Low, Medium, High or Critical, then Add Rule.

  • Open Support Ticket: already in every level by default; remove it from Medium if you only want tickets for real abuse.

In Ubersmith

  1. 1In Ubersmith: create an API user (or use a staff login with an API token) allowed to submit tickets.

In Frabs

Open Integrations › Ubersmith and fill in:
