Paymenter

Free and open-source billing, popular with game hosts.

Through the Paymenter admin API, Frabs opens a ticket for the customer behind an abusive VPS with what was measured and what was done. Paymenter's API changes a service's status without reaching the server, so Frabs does not suspend through it.

Use It in Automatic Protection

After connecting, decide at which levels Frabs uses it: open Protection, choose Low, Medium, High or Critical, then Add Rule.

  • Open Support Ticket: already in every level by default; remove it from Medium if you only want tickets for real abuse.

In Paymenter

  1. 1In Paymenter: Settings > API Keys, create an admin key that can create tickets and ticket messages.
  2. 2Note the user ID of the staff account tickets should come from.

In Frabs

Open Integrations › Paymenter and fill in:
