Terms and Conditions
The agreement between Frabs and the businesses that use it. It applies to the free trial and every paid plan.

- Free trialClause 530 days on the Single plan for one server, once per server. You set up a payment method with Stripe to start it, and it continues into the paid Single plan unless you cancel before it ends.
- Monthly subscriptionClause 7Plans renew each month and are charged in advance through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT.
- Cancel any timeClause 21.2Cancel in the panel. It takes effect at the end of the billing month, and the service carries on until then.
- No refundsClause 7.7Fees are not refundable, so use the demo and the free trial to try Frabs before you pay.
- You stay in controlClause 10.3Frabs takes an action only after you approve it, or under an automation rule your owner or admin has switched on.
- SupportClause 13, Schedule BThrough tickets in the panel, 09:00 to 18:00 UK time on business days, with a first-reply target for each plan.
- LiabilityClause 20Each side's total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees for that period. During the trial, Frabs's liability is limited to USD 100.
- LawClause 24.10The law of England and Wales applies, and its courts deal with any dispute.

Frabs gives at least 30 days' notice before a new version takes effect.
