  • Who is responsibleClauses 1.3, 2.1Frabs is the controller for account, billing, chat and website data. For the network data in the service, your customer is in charge and Frabs follows their instructions.
  • What Frabs does not doClause 4No selling of personal data, no advertising or analytics cookies, and no tracking pixels or link tracking in emails.
  • Who it is shared withClause 5.1Only the providers that run Frabs: Leaseweb for hosting, Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for protecting forms and chat from bots.
  • Where it is keptClause 7On servers in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Transfers outside the UK use a lawful transfer method.
  • How longClause 6Account data for up to 60 days after an account ends, billing records for six years, and logs for up to 90 days.
  • Your rightsClause 8Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion through the contact page, with Privacy as the topic. Frabs replies within one month.
