Billing and automation for Dutch and Belgian hosts.

Through the HostFact API, Frabs suspends and unsuspends the customer's VPS and opens a ticket for them.

What it does

Use It in Automatic Protection

After connecting, decide at which levels Frabs uses it: open Protection, choose Low, Medium, High or Critical, then Add Rule.

  • Open Support Ticket: already in every level by default; remove it from Medium if you only want tickets for real abuse.
  • Suspend VPS: add it to Critical if you want Frabs to suspend on its own (needs the suspend permission).
  • Unsuspending happens when you restore the VPS from its incident.

In HostFact

  1. 1In HostFact: Settings > HostFact preferences > API, switch the API on.
  2. 2Add the Frabs address shown in your panel to the API's IP whitelist.

In Frabs

Open Integrations › HostFact and fill in:
