Frabs and WISECP
Through the WISECP admin API, Frabs suspends and unsuspends the customer's service at the server and opens a ticket for them. If WISECP changes only its own record without reaching the server, Frabs says so instead of reporting it done.

Steps
- 1In WISECP: Settings > General > API Credentials, create a credential for Frabs.
- 2Give it permission to suspend and unsuspend services and to create tickets.
- 3In Frabs: Integrations > Add > WISECP. Fill in the fields, then Test Connection.

How does Frabs know which WISECP customer a VPS belongs to?
Each VPS is linked to a customer in the Frabs panel, with their client ID in WISECP. Incidents then name the customer and link straight to them in WISECP.
Will Frabs suspend customers in WISECP on its own?
Only if your rules say so. Suspending is off until you add it to a level, it needs strong evidence, and only the owner or a member they allow can suspend by hand.
What does the customer's ticket say?
What Frabs measured from their VPS, when, and what was done about it, in plain words, so they can find and fix the cause.
Does WISECP need anything installed?
No. Frabs connects to WISECP over its API with the details on this page.
Can I choose what it does?
Yes. After connecting, choose which actions it handles; your rules for each level decide when they run.
Where are my keys kept?
Encrypted in Frabs, and never shown in full again. You can replace or disconnect them any time from Integrations.
