Frabs and WHMCS

The billing platform most hosting companies run on.

WHMCS

Frabs uses the WHMCS API to reach the customer behind an abusive VM: it opens a ticket in their client area, adds a note to their account, and suspends or unsuspends the service when your rules say so.
