Frabs and Paymenter
Through the Paymenter admin API, Frabs opens a ticket for the customer behind an abusive VPS with what was measured and what was done. Paymenter's API changes a service's status without reaching the server, so Frabs does not suspend through it.

How does Frabs know which Paymenter customer a VPS belongs to?
Each VPS is linked to a customer in the Frabs panel, with their client ID in Paymenter. Incidents then name the customer and link straight to them in Paymenter.
What does the customer's ticket say?
What Frabs measured from their VPS, when, and what was done about it, in plain words, so they can find and fix the cause.
Does Paymenter need anything installed?
No. Frabs connects to Paymenter over its API with the details on this page.
Can I choose what it does?
Yes. After connecting, choose which actions it handles; your rules for each level decide when they run.
Where are my keys kept?
Encrypted in Frabs, and never shown in full again. You can replace or disconnect them any time from Integrations.
