Steps
- 1In HostFact: Settings > HostFact preferences > API, switch the API on.
- 2Add the Frabs address shown in your panel to the API's IP whitelist.
- 3In Frabs: Integrations > Add > HostFact. Fill in the fields, then Test Connection.

How does Frabs know which HostFact customer a VPS belongs to?
Each VPS is linked to a customer in the Frabs panel, with their client ID in HostFact. Incidents then name the customer and link straight to them in HostFact.
Will Frabs suspend customers in HostFact on its own?
Only if your rules say so. Suspending is off until you add it to a level, it needs strong evidence, and only the owner or a member they allow can suspend by hand.
What does the customer's ticket say?
What Frabs measured from their VPS, when, and what was done about it, in plain words, so they can find and fix the cause.
Does HostFact need anything installed?
No. Frabs connects to HostFact over its API with the details on this page.
Can I choose what it does?
Yes. After connecting, choose which actions it handles; your rules for each level decide when they run.
Where are my keys kept?
Encrypted in Frabs, and never shown in full again. You can replace or disconnect them any time from Integrations.
