Frabs and Custom Billing
For billing panels you built yourself. Add a few endpoints to your panel from our published spec, and Frabs uses them to name the customer behind an abusive VPS, open a ticket for them, add a note to their account, and suspend or unsuspend their service when your rules say so. Every request is signed with your secret.

How it works

What it does
Everything Frabs does with Custom Billing
- Name the customer behind each VPSCustom Billing tells Frabs who owns each VPS, so every incident names the customer with no linking by hand.
- Open tickets for the customerA ticket for the customer in Custom Billing, with what was measured and what was done.
- Add notes to the customer's accountThe incident added to the customer's notes in Custom Billing, where your team already looks.
- Suspend servicesThe customer's service suspended through Custom Billing, only when your rules allow it.
- Unsuspend servicesUnsuspended through Custom Billing from the incident, once the cause is fixed.

- 3In Frabs: Integrations > Add > Custom Billing. Fill in the fields, then Test Connection.

How does Frabs know which Custom Billing customer a VPS belongs to?
Each VPS is linked to a customer in the Frabs panel, with their client ID in Custom Billing. Incidents then name the customer and link straight to them in Custom Billing.
Will Frabs suspend customers in Custom Billing on its own?
Only if your rules say so. Suspending is off until you add it to a level, it needs strong evidence, and only the owner or a member they allow can suspend by hand.
What does the customer's ticket say?
What Frabs measured from their VPS, when, and what was done about it, in plain words, so they can find and fix the cause.
Does Custom Billing need anything installed?
No. Frabs connects to Custom Billing over its API with the details on this page.
Can I choose what it does?
Yes. After connecting, choose which actions it handles; your rules for each level decide when they run.
Where are my keys kept?
Encrypted in Frabs, and never shown in full again. You can replace or disconnect them any time from Integrations.
