How does Frabs know which BILLmanager customer a VPS belongs to?
Each VPS is linked to a customer in the Frabs panel, with their client ID in BILLmanager. Incidents then name the customer and link straight to them in BILLmanager.
Will Frabs suspend customers in BILLmanager on its own?
Only if your rules say so. Suspending is off until you add it to a level, it needs strong evidence, and only the owner or a member they allow can suspend by hand.
Does BILLmanager need anything installed?
No. Frabs connects to BILLmanager over its API with the details on this page.
Can I choose what it does?
Yes. After connecting, choose which actions it handles; your rules for each level decide when they run.
Where are my keys kept?
Encrypted in Frabs, and never shown in full again. You can replace or disconnect them any time from Integrations.
