Troubleshooting a Node

Node shows Offline

• Check the sensor service is running: frabs status
• Check the node can reach api.frabs.net on port 443
• Check the system clock is correct

Install stays on "Reading this node's setup"

• Sensor 0.2.9 and later read hundreds of guests in seconds; run a fresh install command to get the latest
• Check the platform's own tool answers quickly, for example time virsh -r list --all
• If a platform's guest list cannot be read, the installer now says so and the review screen shows a failed check with the reason

Wrong VPS or container count

• Frabs reads only the platform's own list for this node (on Proxmox, /etc/pve for this node)
• Old configs left by guests that moved are listed under Leftover configs ignored, not counted
• After fixing anything on the node, choose Reconnect on its page
