See Which Hosting Customer Needs Attention

Frabs Host is planned for dedicated and bare-metal website and game hosting servers. It will add account, domain and service attribution to shared network and infrastructure protection, when trusted metadata can establish who owns the traffic.

In Development

The scope below describes the approved product direction. These capabilities are not available for purchase yet.

How It Works

Map the service before naming the customer

Host must establish an accurate account or service mapping before it attributes abuse. Website hosting and game hosting have equal standing; their traffic patterns will be assessed separately, without blanket allowlists.

  1. Discover approved identities

A supported hosting or game panel will provide the minimum account, domain, service and allocation metadata needed for attribution.

  2. Collect network context

Frabs will use host counters and, where supported, metadata from a trusted proxy or service boundary. It will not read customer files, email, databases or request bodies.

  3. Check attribution confidence

A shared IP or packet flow alone cannot identify every encrypted website or game customer. Frabs will show a domain or account only when the mapping is supported; otherwise it will report the host or mark the subject unknown.

  4. Report and act at a safe scope

Customer incidents and reports will follow verified ownership. Domain or service mitigation will require an exact supported integration and a safe compatibility decision.

Planned Product Scope

What Frabs Host Covers

These are approved requirements for a future release. A capability will be advertised as available only after its collector, attribution, API, interface and safety behavior are verified.

Inbound and outbound protection
The shared detector will evaluate floods, scans, suspicious connections, SMTP/DNS network indicators and outbound abuse. Website and game workloads receive equal support, with separate calibration and no blanket allowlists.
Planned
Domain and service traffic
Request-rate and domain reporting requires a supported proxy or trusted service metadata feed. Packet flows alone cannot identify every domain on shared encrypted IPs; uncertain events stay at server level or unattributed.
Planned
Hosting-account attribution
Supported panel APIs will map account, domain, IP, game instance and service allocation over time. Outbound activity is attributed to a customer only when service identity is reliable.
Planned
Account resource visibility
Planned CPU, memory, I/O and limit-hit views from supported hosting APIs. CloudLinux LVE can provide metadata where available; Frabs will not change CloudLinux resource limits.
Planned
Email and DNS network indicators
Planned SMTP connection spikes, suspicious destinations, DNS query-rate and amplification indicators where the host exposes reliable service metadata. Mail content and DNS zone files are not read.
Planned
Scoped response and reporting
Provider and customer incidents will show attribution confidence and separate detection from confirmed mitigation. Per-domain actions require an exact supported proxy or network integration; otherwise that action is unavailable.
Planned

Installation and Data Boundaries

Physical Hosts Only. No Guest or Customer Content.

All three Frabs plans are installed on eligible dedicated or bare-metal physical servers. Frabs uses permitted host and network metadata for the licensed product.

  • Install on the provider's dedicated or bare-metal hosting server, never inside a VPS or customer account.
  • Website domain attribution requires trusted domain-aware metadata; encrypted shared-IP traffic is not enough.
  • Game and website traffic receive equal product support. Panel mapping and traffic evidence must support any customer-level claim.
  • No website files, mailboxes, database contents, DNS zone files, game console output or customer payloads.

Integrations

Hosting Panels and Service Metadata

Panel and service integrations are development targets. None of these Host adapters is presented as released or certified.

Website hosting panels

cPanel/WHM, Plesk and DirectAdmin are planned discovery targets. Account, domain and IP mappings must come from supported management APIs.

Planned

Game hosting panels

Game server panels, including Pterodactyl as a candidate, will be assessed for service owner, instance and network allocation mapping. Support and versions are not yet confirmed.

Planned

Resource telemetry

CloudLinux LVE data is a planned read-only integration where supported. CloudLinux remains responsible for its resource limits.

Planned

Web and game traffic metadata

A supported proxy or service-boundary integration may supply minimal identity metadata. Frabs will not inspect request bodies, customer files or game content.

Frabs Host Questions

What does one licence cover?
One eligible dedicated or bare-metal physical server: a standalone server for Server, a hosting server for Host, or a hypervisor node for Hypervisor. A Hypervisor licence covers the node and its supported VPS workloads; it is not charged per individual VPS.
Does Host support game hosting as well as website hosting?
Yes, both are part of the intended Host product. Panel integrations and workload attribution will be validated for supported platforms before availability. Shared-IP traffic alone cannot reliably identify a website domain or game customer.
