DNS Lookup
Look up A, AAAA, MX, TXT, NS and CNAME records for any domain.
About DNS Lookup
DNS Lookup queries a domain's live records directly, the same way any resolver on the internet would, and shows you the answer without relying on a cached result from your own browser. It checks A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT and NS records in one pass, along with how long the lookup took and whether DNSSEC appears to be in place.
This is the tool to reach for when a domain was just moved to a new host and you want to confirm the change took effect, when email suddenly stops arriving and you suspect the MX records are wrong, or when you simply want to see exactly what a domain is telling the rest of the internet right now.
Because records are looked up fresh each time rather than pulled from a cache, what you see reflects the domain's actual current configuration, though other resolvers around the world may still be serving an older cached answer for a while after a recent change.
