Who we are
Frabs is a server logging and activity replay service operated at frabs.net. References to "Frabs", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to the Frabs service.
What data we collect
We collect: your name and email address when you sign up; server log data that the Frabs agent sends from servers you connect; server metadata (hostname, IP address, OS version); billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers); usage analytics to improve the service.
How we use your data
We use your data to: provide the Frabs service; send transactional emails (email verification, billing alerts, server notifications); process payments through Stripe; detect and prevent abuse; improve the service.
Log data
Server logs sent to Frabs are stored securely and are only accessible by members of your organisation. Raw logs are retained for 7 days. Replay events are retained for 30 days. We do not use your log data for advertising or share it with third parties.
Third-party services
We use: Stripe for payment processing; Resend for transactional email; our hosting and database provider for infrastructure. Each third party has their own privacy policy.
Data retention
Raw logs: 7 days. Replay events: 30 days. Alert history: 90 days. Billing records: permanent (required by law). Account records: until account deletion.
Your rights
You can: access your data from the Console; delete your account and associated data; export your logs from the Console; update your email and profile at any time. To request full account deletion, contact us.
Cookies
We use a single HTTP-only session cookie for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Security
We use HTTPS, HTTP-only cookies, bcrypt password hashing, and encrypted agent tokens. Log data is stored on encrypted infrastructure.
