Agreement
By using Frabs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Frabs provides server log collection, storage, search, and replay. The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime but aim to maximise availability.
Account registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Frabs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Frabs to collect logs from servers you do not own or have permission to monitor.
Subscription and billing
Frabs charges £2.99 per server per month. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data
You retain ownership of your log data. You grant us a licence to store and process it to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
Raw logs are deleted after 7 days. Replay events after 30 days. On account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days.
Limitation of liability
Frabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email and by posting a notice in the Console. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
