Frequently asked questions
What is a server licence?
One licence covers one connected server. If you have 3 servers you want to monitor, you need 3 licences (quantity 3 on your subscription), which is £8.97/month.
Can I add more servers later?
Yes. You can increase your licence quantity at any time from the Billing settings page. Stripe will prorate the difference.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription cancels at the end of the billing period. Your existing log data remains accessible until the retention period expires, then it is removed.
What happens if payment fails?
We give you a 7-day grace period. Log ingestion pauses after 7 days, but your existing logs remain accessible. You can reactivate immediately by updating your payment method.
What currencies do you support?
We support all major Stripe-supported currencies. We convert £2.99 GBP into your local currency using live exchange rates at checkout.
Is there a free trial?
You can create a free account with no credit card. You need an active subscription to connect a server.
