Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026

Permitted use

Frabs is designed for monitoring servers that you own or have explicit permission to monitor. Use it to understand what happened on your infrastructure, investigate incidents, and receive alerts.

Prohibited use

You must not: monitor servers you do not own or have permission to monitor; attempt to access other customers' data; use the service in any way that violates applicable laws; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the service; use the ingestion API to submit data that is not server logs.

Log volume

Frabs is designed for typical server log volumes. Extremely high log volumes (e.g. debug logging at very high rates) may be throttled. We will notify you if your server is generating abnormal log volume. We may temporarily reduce ingestion for servers producing abusive log volumes to protect the service for all customers.

Data you submit

You are responsible for the log data you submit to Frabs. Do not configure the agent to collect data you are not permitted to collect. The agent includes built-in secret redaction, but you are responsible for reviewing what is being sent.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation.
