Count Repeat Offences OverThe window, in days, for counting offences.
Repeat Offence IdentitySame VM follows the VM even after a new IP or a reinstall. Same Customer counts across all their VMs.
Maximum Automatic InterventionsStops a VM looping between a limit and recovery. Once reached, Frabs takes stronger actions instead.

Repeat Abuse

A second offence in the window is marked 2nd Offence. A third and later is Repeat Abuse and treated as critical.
